The estate comprises 10% Pinot Noir vines however, which are handpicked and blended (as both white and red juice) with Chardonnay to make their stylish and extremely elegant Rose. Like all the Veuve Fourny wines this would make a wonderful aperitif but would be just as well matched with something like new season lamb cooked rare.
